divided opinion border line

It is common in the politician’s speech how to appeal one’s opinion by insisting your points and criticizing opponents opinion. Now controversial war related draft is at the midst of criticizing opponents opinion involving all kinds of citizen  with unprecedented scale.

 

My standpoint is a little bit different. Even though I am definitely against the hot debated war related draft, but I should like to analysis the main debate point from more neutral point of view.

 

For example in this case, critical point that either party cannot meet halfway must be whether to allow even one member from the Japanese self defense force to be involved in war related accidental death. Japanese citizen are peace keeping mindset with majority opinion not to accept this kind of death.

 

On  the other hand, it is true that SDF mission is saving the life of citizen even at the toll of their death on emergency case. And opponent opinion is that death by war involvement can be the similar kind.

 

In this way I would like to clarify other border lines that both opinion cannot make concession. 

 

Japan is now facing historical turning point regarding controversial war related bill which has by ruling party's majority force passed the lower diet despite public major opinion being against the bill.

We have in the past had opposing demonstration like no nuclear reactor debate but this time peculiar feature is that younger female group has took leadership to gather people to do demonstration parade surrounding the Diet building appealing that Japan should not be involved in any kinds of war.

another influential protest arouse from the professor group that this bill is breaking the Japanese constitution even though the prime minister make excuse that its is just how the article is interpreted.

From every range of citizen and from every aspect , this bill is too unreasonable to pass the diet except for the case that the dictatorship is carried out like Hitler.

Japan as a symbol of peace

In Japan now hot issue is war-related draft called “the right to carry out allied self-defense”. If this draft passed the Diet, Japan self-defense force have to ally with USA army to fight against the USA’s enemy even though that county has done nothing wrong to Japan. According to our major party insists, this right will have effect to restrain from other Asian countries attacking Japan. However, majority of Japanese public opinion is opposing to this draft. Main point is as below. 1. We don't want to have any small sacrifice from self-defense force members as long as they are Japanese. 2. Japan may newly become the target of terrorist attack the enemy we fight against has that terrorist element. Final  point is that the tension between Japan and other neighboring countries will become worse on the contrary when we prepare armament.

Japanese anti-war related article 9 from the constitution has contributed to avoid Japan involved from any kinds of war. Japan should take initiative in realizing peaceful world like John Lennon sung in the lyrics. Therefore , following other developing countries conventional strategy of armament is wrong idea. That is my conclusion.
