Boader between the nuclear weapon and less destrutive weapon

USA president Obama visited Hiroshima for the first time from past presidents where he declared that the mankind should terminate using nuclear weapon from all around the world. At this moment one simple question came across my mind that is how we can abolish nuclear weapons while reinforcing other armaments. What they insists to assert other armament is that is in order to restrain from occurring new battle. However, my idea is that there seems no difference between nuclear weapon and other less destructive weapons in that point of restraining. There is no ending in competing how much we reinforce armament that may sooner or later reach the ultimate goal of holding nuclear weapon.


USA should show the standard if really wants to terminate it.
