Simple device in cooking humberg.

According to a common cooking manual of making hamberg,we usually grasp handful of a raw hamburg and pass it between left palm and right one like passing a ball, after we finished mixing its raw material in the bowl.

Last night one good idea came across my mind in order to keep my hands clean in this process.Instead of holding a raw material,put it into a small bowl and put another small bowl on it and cover it.Then hold them together and start shaking like making cocktail.When you open an upper bowl,you'll be surprised to find that a hamburg ball is already there.
