Onｌｙ a small step for new challenge is superior to struggling harder for what you are always engaged in.Imagine you swell a baloon.You may notice that the first blow is the toughest though it's much easier after you overcome it and gain momentum.

That's why I don't trust guys who always insist making more effort.New challenge gives you also a stimulant to your brain.

Today's my new challenge was studying new type of semiconductor from the website of one semiconductor company.Looking at my job from different aspect brings me a fresh air.
